MONTREAL STEAMER GOES DOWN.
(Received 1.50 a.m.) Ottawa, November 3. It is reported that the Montreal steamer Cecilia sank off the Isle of Perrot and twenty were drowned. A hurricane raging on the St Lawrence and Great Lakes.
