(Por Press Association.) Wellington, November 2. In the House the Railway Vote passed unaltered. The Public Works, Post and Telegraph, Agriculture, Mental Hospital and Public Health and School Buildings votes passed practically without discussion. The whole of the estimates were put through at 12.40, A “Washing-bp Bill,” introduced by Governor’s message, was read a first time. The House rose at 1.10 p.m. and will resume at 2.30 p.m. on Monday.
