Mr Newton King’s Stratford Weekly Report. At the Haymarket on Saturday pigrl were penned in smaller numbers than I my lust sale, but prices ruling were about par with last sale with the cx-j (•option of stores, which were 2s to 3s lower. I quote:—Slips 12s 6d to £1 Is, small stores £1 3s, medium do £1 Bs, porkers £1 14s, sows ,£(, calves Is 6d to -7s 6d. At the Mart.—Poultry; Roosters Is to Is 9d, hens Is 3d to 2s 3d, ducks up to 2s 9d, turkey hens up to 7s potatoes 11s 6d per cwt., seed potatoes Up-to-Date 9s to 10s - 6d, White Klephant 13s to 14s, G a.mckeepcr 12s 6d, Beauty Hebron 13s to 15s, White Hocks 15s to 16s 6d, all at. per cwt. Furniture and sundries at prices in favour of buyers.
