(By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association ) New York, September 1. An explosion at O.r.cago wrecked the dyeing plant of Kraus Bros. Four employees who were buried in the debris were dead when extricated. Twenty others wore injured. The cause of the explosion is unknown. At Philadelphia, the physicians are investigating the case of a two-year-old boy, John Dugan. Two letters arc distinctly visible, one being on the retina of each eye, and the mother declares tiic letters form initials of a name affixed to the child before birth.
