A husband petitioned for nullity o! his maryiage under unusual circumstances. He married his brother's widow. It is stated that defendant understood he was unable to legally many her. She was described as a spinster at the ceremony. The decree was granted, and petitioner was ordered to provide for three -children and pay defendant's costs.
