BOWLING.
The final match for the banner will take place at Stratford on Wednesday, between Hawera and New Plymouth. New Plymouth will be represented by the following rinks:—H. Goldwater, Medley, Hall, A. K. Smart (skip); IPnnie, Pen;), Bary, H. Smart (skip); Eraser, Luscombo, A. Goldwater, S. Rundle (skip). Hawera and New Plymouth Bowling Clubs are to play off the final for the Banner competitions to-morrow afternoon on the Stratford green, play to commence at 1.30. Three rinks from each club. Local players are requested to bring a pJate for afternoon tea. Ladies and visitors are cordially invited.
