Sensational disclosures arc made of Count Khucn Hcdcrvary’s recent audience with Emperor Francis Joseph in connection with the proposal forced on the Government by the Kossutchites to restrict the enlistment of army recruits. The Emperor reminded Count Hedervary that Hungary never had a timer friend. He liad always tried to rule constitutionally. There now was a desire to interfere with his rights as a ruler. If this were not altered there would be nothing but abdication for him.
