TROOPS REMAIN IN THE TOWN. London, February 10. The troops at Belfast will not be withdrawn until Monday. THE NON-CONFORMIST /ATTITUDE. (Received 12, 8.55 a.m.) London, February 11. The Rev. R. F. Horton, formerly chairman of the Congregational Union of England and .Wales, writing to the “Times,” says Non-conformists in England and Wales understand Ulster’s dread of Rome.
