Owing to a general strike being threatened at Barcelona Cabinet has resigned after submitting to the King a decree reprieving Cuquoto, the seventh Gullera rioter who was found guilty on throe counts, including brutally murdering Signor Succa, a judge and his clerk. Sen. Canale]as states that the King previously favoured clemency, but Cabinet made a political mistake* in not reprieving Cuqueto with the others charged, THE MINISTRY RESUMES.
