A BOY WINS THE BELT

Wanganui, December 28. The North Island Rifle Championship meeting was concluded yo-iav iii heavy rain. Despite the weather, the shooting was of a high order, the scoring being regarded as phenomenal .under the existing conditions. The champion of the North Island proved to he Private King, a 19 years’ old member of the Wanganui Highland Rifles. The champion teams niatch was won by the Akarana. Rifle Club.
