PORTUGUESE INFANTRY BECOME

THE CAUSE ASSIGNED
(Received 23, ‘8.25 a.in.) Madrid, December 22. Vigo reports a Monarchist outbreak in the infantry barracks at Barqa, Portugal. 'The colonel and captain ware wounded. Thirty-seven were arrested. A severe censorship of the press is enforced. The earliest advices attributed the mutiny to being against punishments of the men.
