The one clay summer meeting in connection with the Masterton Racing Clul) was held on the Opaki course today. The weather was fine and the course in good order. There was a satisfactory attendance of the public, and the sum of £5149 was put through the totalisator. Results : Trial Stakes, five furlongs.—Peronel 1, Lord Renown 2, Lord Palmer 3. Also started; Inveran, The Diver, Stoney Falls, Overheard, Good harm, Miss Ambrose, Taonui, Miss I'lska, Alofa,■ Miss Vena, Gay Lass. Won easily. Time, Imin 3scc. Telephone Hack Handicap, six furlongs.—Lady Laddo 1, Overrate 2, Rongamau 3. Also started: Merry Land, Indra, Prince Hassan. Time, Imin 15 l-ssec.

Flying Handicap, six furlongs.—Tekaluirangi 1, Morce 2, Blue Lake 3. Also started : Full Rate, Aimer, Purakau, Gawain. Time, Imin 14 2-ssec. Masterton Cup, one mile and a qnarter.—D.
