MANHOOD SUFFRAGE.

Mr, O’Brien (Cork) declared that the Manhood Suffrage Bill will prove a serious obstacle to Home Rule. The extension of the franchise meant reference to the country, when the Liberals would bo smashed, owing to the unpopularity of the Insurance Bill.
INSURANCE BILL
London, December IS. I The Scottish Committee of the Medical Association has recommended members not to accept service under the Insurance Bill unless the British Medical Association’s demands are conceded.
