THE VISITORS WIN

Yesterday twenty players from the New Plymouth Club visited Stratford. Only tiiree rinks competed for the banner, New Plymouth winning by one point, 58 to 57. Mr Golclwater, on behalf of New Plymouth players, thanked the ladies for the good things provided, their hospitality no doubt greatly assisting him to win the game for Ins side. Ho commented on the keenness of play between the two clubs and the* friendly feeling that has always existed between the two chibs.
