REPLACING NAVAL ACTIVITY
Berlin, December 12. Tho Tagehlatt states that instead of a new naval programme for 1912 the Government proposes to reorganise the army at a cost of £3,500,000 sterling, providing eighteen new infantry regiments, bringing the strength to over seven hundred thousand.
