THE DELHI DURBAR.

Delhi, December 8. The King laid the foundation stone of an All India Memorial to King Edward. It was an impressive ceremony. Bombay, December 9. Their Majesties’ * State entry into Delhi was celebrated at Benares.

Their portraits were borne on a howdah, followed by a procession a mile in length, including elephants, camels, artillery, cavalry, infantry, school children, and carriages filled with the richer folk, t.o Queen’s Park, amidst enormous and enthusiastic throngs. (Received 11, 8.5 a.m.) Delhi, December 10. King George visited the ruling chiefs’ camps, which were fronted by gardens laid out in flowers and foliage of the national colours of the'different States. The camps wore illuminated by tiny electric lamps with similarly distinctive colours. The Queen visited the hospitals.
