A FEARFUL TRAGEDY.
TWO HUNDRED MEN FALL INTO A RIVER. FOUR BODIES RECOVERED. (Received 9, 11 a.m.) St. Petersburg, December 8. Ice broke tiie wooden scaffolding of a new railway bridge over the Volga, near Kazan. Two hundred workmen were precipitated into the river. Four bodies were recovered. Ice-breakers are seeking the survivors, boiling they clambered oh the ucc lioes. : ■ ..■ ;;j
