ROIJRAIX COMMITTEE RECOMMENDS PAPER LINING. SOMETHING CHEAPER WANTED. (I3y Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) London, December 8. A meeting of the London and International Vegetable Fibrc-in-Wool Committee supported the Roubaix resolution. The congress met in London, and many important tests are progressing. . Closely-woven packs are entirely paper lined. It is stated that considerable improvement is shown in packing colonial wool, but the chief desideratum is a perfect pack cheaper than the paper lined pack recommended by the committee.
