TERRITORIALS.
PARADES CANCELLED. The parades of the mounted rifles called for December Bth, 14fh, 15th, and 16th have been cancelled, but on those dates a voluntary clas will be held, which may be attended by any non-commissioned officer or man desirous of promotion.
