A CROWD AT BOW STREET

London, November 22. The Bow Street Court was crowded by fashionable people when 114 persons wore charged with inflict! ig dam-, .ago. The remainder of those arrested were charged with disorderly conduct and assaulting the police. In the minor cases small fines were imposed. In the House of Commons, the Speaker, replying to Viscount Wolmer, ruled that rhe Insurance Bill is not a Money Bill. This decision renders the Bill liable to amendment by the House of Lords.
