YOUNG BOY DROWNED. (Per Press Associa.tipn i Whnngarei, November 20. The police have received information that a six-year-old boy named Keith Osborne was drowned at Kaimamaku, Unity miles north of Whangarei lastnight. Details are meagre.

DROWNED IN WAIRARAPA LAKE. Carterton, November 20. A serious drowning accident occurred at tho Lake ferry yesterday. Four men—George Dunning, Silas Davis, John Robinson, and Morley Saxton—wore crossing the Lake at the ferry, 'when the boat capsixed, and all wore precipitated into the water. Saxton swam ashore and succeeded in assisting two of his companions to land, but Dunning was washed out to sea. The body was found this morning on the Whangarnoana beach. Deceased was aged about 30 years, and has been employed by Geo. Hume, Tauara, Lower Valley.

YOUNG WOMAN’S DEATH, Carterton, November 20. A woman named Horn died suddenly at Grey town yesterday. A clot of blood lodging in the heart caused immediate death. Deceased had been employed at ,1. Jury’s, Fountain.
