NE TEMERE DECREE.
THE ENGLISH PRIMATE. REGRETS ITS PROMULGATION. (Received 17, 9.20 a.m.) London, November 16. A letter from the Primate read at a meeting of protest against the No Temere decree regretted the promulgation by the Catholic Church of a decree winch introduced confusion in domestic life.
