A FIRM SPEAKER.
MR. WADE DENIED SPEECH. (Received 15, 10.50 a.m.) Sydney, November 15. Mr. Wade was absent when the motion to rescind the motion suspending Mr. Wood was called. .He endeavoured to discuss it later, hut was ruled out of order. Mr. Griffiths appealed to the Speaker to allow Mr. Wade a hearing. Mr. Willis declined.
