VESSEL A TOTAL LOSS. (Rcccjyed 15, 10.50 a.m.) Adelaide, November 35. The Margit has been abandoned. She is in the grip of a semi-quicksand, and will probably disappear in a few days. No explanation of the cause of the vessel reaching the dangerous spot is given. On Saturday the crew attempted to launch two lifeboats, hut both were smashed.
