Dunedin, November 9.

One of the Harbour Board’s dredges while working near the Rattray Street wharf this morning brought to the surface portion of a human body, the legs from the knees down, the head and upper part of the body being missing, and there was nothing to assist in the identification of the re.<u?s. which "ad evidently been in the water a long time. Judging oy the size of me hones, the remains are supposed to he those of a strongly onilt man.
