MURDER
Features of the Glebe tragedy recall the Baur murder in ’Melbourne four years ago, when a diamond merchant was killed in his office, and the diamonds stolen.
The police are still searching for the man who visited Trevascus on Tuesday. No other clue has come to light.
BLOODSTAINS ON THE DOOR
Sydney, November 7
It is stated that there are faint blood-stained linger prints on Trevascus’ door. The police are reticent.

The police are of opinion that more than one was concerned in Travascus’ murder. One theory is that deceased, while purchasing old gold and precious metal, unwittingly came in contact with thieves, who, on the strength of knowledge gained in the course of business,' planned the crime.
