Dunedin, November 7. In the Arbitration Court compensation was claimed on behalf of IVilliam Barton for injuries received while employed by Thomas Latta, sawmiller, datlins, by which plaintiff lost the sight of one eye. This is a test case. Plaintiff was knocking “burrs” off an axe with a cold chisel when a piece of metal flew off, causing the injury' stated. The Court reserved its decision.
