Mr. Redmond said Ireland only asked for a subordinate Parliament, and was willing • that the Imperial Parliament should remain unimpaired in order to curb the Irish if they attempted abuse of their powers. Irishmen would prefer to remain in the Imperial Parliament in numbers to bo decided by England’s own wisdom.
