TN pursuance and exercise of the JL Powers vested in it in that behalf bv “The Counties Act, 1908,” the STRATFORD COUNTY COUNCIL hereby resolves as follows; That part sub. 1 (287 acres), part subs 2 and 3 (325 acres), part sub 4 (100 acres), sub 7, (215$ acres), part allotment 2 of sub 9 (225 acres), part allotment 5 of sub 9 (203 acres), part sub. 10 (260 acres), part allotment 2 of sub. 11 (250 acres), Huiakama Block, Blocks XIII. and XIV., Ngatimaru Survey District; and parts Toko 13 Block, 325 acres 'F. Bayly), and 250 acres (F. W. R. B'odow), Block 1., Omona Survey District, he declared a district for the construction of drainage works therein and that tho said drainage district be constituted on and from the 22nd day of NOVEMBER, 1911, and be named “The Makuri Valley Drainage District.” The Resolution instituting the abrve Special Order will be confirmed at a meeting of tho Council to be held on the 22nd day of November, 1911, and shall take effect from and on that date.
