LAYING THE FOUNDATION STON E. PREMIER’S PROPOSED VISIT. Some time ago Mr C. D. Solo, on behalf of Stratford School Committee, approached the Premier with a request that bo would visit Stratford and lay the foundation stone of the new District High School. Sir Joseph Ward has now replied that as soon as bis engagements will permit him, be will bo glad to do as requested, and will pay a visit to Stratford for the purpose of performing the function.
