THE MARY ISABEL.
iJ’or Press Association.) Auckland, October 27. It lias been reported to the Collector of Customs that a cask lias been washed ashore on the Great Harrier. It was ascertained no wreckage bad come ashore. It is probable that the cask was thrown overboard from the barquentine Mary Isabel while she was on the voyage from Auckland to Tauranga some time ago. It is unlikely that it lias any connection with the present lengthy trip of that vessel.
