DESTROYING DEFECTIVE POWDER. ACTS OF SABOTAGE. (By Electric Telegraph.—Copyright.) (United Press Association.) Paris, October 23. Although the Liberte Commission has not reported the fact, the authorities at Toulon were ordered to thrown into the sea seventy-one tons of B powder, valued at £21,000. Several acts of sabotage occurred aboard the warship Mirabcau, including the crippling of the mechanism for flooding the magazine.
