WRECKAGE SIGHTED.
(Per Press Assocation 1 Auckland, October 20. The master of the steamer Navau, which has arrived from Westport, reports having sighted in the vicinity of Capo Farewell a vessel’s wooden mast, floating upright, about five feet high. It was covered with *• marine growth. No singns of a hull could be seen. The weather was too bad, to investigate. The officers of tiro Navau believe the mast belongs to the missing barque Mary Isabel.
