Tlie Labour Party’s win at the West Australian elections means more than thp cablegrams stated. Mr G. B. Nicholls to-day received a copy of the “Reformer,” the No-Hcense Party’s paper published at Perth, which states that the No-license Party put all its force behind the Labour Party, and that the Labour Party, now on top, is pledged to immediate local option on the bare majority.
