Castle, has given notice to move that enquiry be made into.tho ease of. a chemist at Waihi reported as having been convicted of illegally selling liquor, with a view l to considering whether the Board shall make application to the Governor-in-Coun-cil to have the name of the chemist removed from tlie register of pharmaceutical chemists as provided under section ,21 of the Pharmacy Act.
