THE CAMBRIAN COLLIERS

The Cambrian colliers resolved that an investigation of tho dismissed man’s grievances by the Workmen's Committee ought to precede the strike Deputations interviewed the management and withdrew the demand for reinstatement. Work is being resumed to-day.
MOUNT LYELL DISPUTE
Hobart, October 18. Many residents are leaving tho Lyell district. There is much adverse criticism over the labour loaders’ attitude regarding the strike.
