PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
(Reccived 18, 9.J0 a.m.) Sydney, October 18. The Congregational Union discussed the question of the decline of personal responsibility 7 in the home, business, and political life. Most speakers hold that the refusal of individuals to accept responsibility was a sign of weakness. The Rev. Mr. Williams, however, declared that the world was improving vastly, MISSING. Sydney, October 18. An oil launch and live Italian fishermen have been missing at Wollongong since Saturday. There is grave anxiety.
