THE INSURANCE BILL
(Received 18, 9.25 a.in.) London, October 17. Mr Snowdon, speaking at Hartlepool, said ho regretted Mr LloydGoorgo’s unstatesmanlike way of dealing with criticisms of tho Insurance Bill. The critics were not hostile, but were quite as anxious to ameliorate the sufferings of the working classes as the Chancellor. If the Bill was as Mr Lloyd-Georgc described it, even the extremesb Socialist would be enthusiastic.
