Rotorua, October 16. Mr. Cecil Clinkard, farmer, Mamaku, has decided to contest the Taurauga seat in the Liberal and NoLicense interests.

MR McCLUGGAGE’C CAMPAIGN,

Mr Joseph McCluggage, Liberal candidate for Stratford, addressed two meetings on Saturday—at Man-ga-papa in the afternoon and Tahora in the evening. At both meetings a vote of thanks and confidence to the candidate and of confidence in the Government was passed.
