Auckland, October 11. Sir John Findlay, visited the .1 nbileo Institute for the Blind at Parnell this afternoon. He briefly addressed the adult inmates, and in the course of bis remarks promised to endeavour to secure for them and the attendants substantial reduction in railway lares when travelling, a concession already enjoyed by persons similarly situated in England. Sir John has leased a house in the electorate, and will return to Auckland at the end of the session. He left for Wellington this evening.
