BREAKING AWAY OF A DAM
LARGE DEATH ROLL
New York, October 3. Twenty-two are known to bo dead and 83 missing as the result of the floods in Austin, caused by the breaking away of a paper pulp mill dam. Tlio total dead will probably roach 150.
