ARBITRATION.
A BRITISH SCHEME. London, September 21. Mr Sidney Buxton, president of the Board of Trade, is adopting Sir Charles Macara’s scheme and inviting leading representative employers and employees to form an industrial arbitration board, ten of each side forming a panel,- whence a numoer will be chosen to deal with any dispute that might arise, with Sir George R. Askwith as chairman.
