Sydney, September 21. In tho Assembly proceedings arc comparatively quiet. Mr McGowcn outlined the business for tho session. Mr Wade expressed dissatisfaction at tho Premier’s' vagueness regarding tho date of dissolution. Mr McGowen replied that the Government would carry on until successfully challenged.
