Louise, ex-Crown Princess of Saxony, has published a volume of sensational memoirs. She makes an amazingly frank exposure of European Court life. She alleges that royal children arc moulded into clover automata. She refers to the present Ring of Saxony’ in terms of affection and gratitude, and lays all the blame for her misfortunes upon the late King. She states that Johann Orth, "Atclidnke John of Tuscany, Ills dignities in 1889, became captain' of a merchant ship and was supposed'tp be lost but is still alive. ?” 'h •?, (Received 15, 11.20 a.m.) 1 ' London, September 14. In her book of memoirs Princess Louise of Saxony describes the scone between the Emperor of Austria and Archduke Johann Orth which led to the latter’s disappearance. The Emperor requested him to opologise for references to Archduke Albecht, Com-mander-in-Chief. Orth refused to lie dictated to and a violent scene took place. .Orth, in *a lit of ungovernable rage, tore off the Order of the Golden Fleece and flung it at. the Emperor. Vienna, September 14. The Austrian police have'confiscated all copies of the “Matin” containing Princess Louise’s references to the Royal family.
