Experts believe that it will be hopeless henceforth to attempt to hide the movements from an enemy in clear weather.; Copenhagen, September 13. Forty, German warships are manoeuvring in the Great Belt Strait, and ire injuring the fishing fleet. There is irritation in Denmark at the encroachments on territorial waters.
