EXECUTION OF ARSHAD. By Electric Telegraph.—Cppyriglit. United Press Association. Teheran, September 7. Arshad courageously faced his executioners and shouted, “Long live the country!” He fell at the last volley. A second firing party was requisitioned and ho raised himself and faced them. Kneeling and raising his right hand he shouted twice in a clear voice, “Long live Mohammcdali, the Shah!” Then as the volley rang out, he fell forward dead.
