The allotment committee has fixed tho following commencing dates for the chief matches during the English cricketers’ tour:—November 10. South Australia; November 17, Victoria ; November 2-1, New South Wales; December 1, Queensland; December 8, All Australia eleven at Brisbane; December 15, first test, at Sydney; December 80, second test, at Melbourne; January 12, third test, at Adelaide; February 2, Victoria; February 9, fourth test, at Melbourne; February 16, Now South Wales; February 28, fifth test, at Sydney; March 1, South Australia. These dates require the Board of Control’s endorsement.
