THE WEATHER.
The Government Meteorologist telegraphed this afternoon: —Westerly moderate to strong winds, backing to northerly moderate to strong winds, freshening alter 24 hours; indications for fair weather, but increasing haziness and indications for change following after 156 hours; glass little movement, but fall after 24 hours.
