NEARLY A HUNDRED CASCUALTIES.

New York, August 26. A passenger train on the Lehigh Valley railroad jumped the track. Two* cars rolled over an embankment sixty feet into a creek. Thirty people were killed, and sixty injured. The train was running fast to make up lost time. A defective rail caused the disaster.
