WAR RISKS.
SHARP ADVANCE IN RATES. London, August 25. A sharp advance has taken place in rates for Avar insurance at Lloyds. Almost every broker has had orders. The quotations for the risks of war between cei’tain European countries Avithin three months are now 8 to 10 per cent.
